Garni Temple

Garni Temple, Armenia – 2016. The Garni Temple was built in the first century AD by King Artavazd II and represents Armenia Hellenistic culture and the only such structure to have survived into the Christian era. The temple was destroyed by an earthquake in 1679 but was reconstructed in 1975.
